Simple Omelette Recipe

Ingredients
- 2-3 large eggs
- Salt, to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter or oil
- Optioal fillings: cheese vegetables, cooked meants, herbs
Instructions
1.Beat the eggs: In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper until they are well mixed. You can add a tablespoon of water or milk for a fluter texture
2. Heat the pan: Place a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add butter or oil.
3. Cook the omelette: Once the butter is metted and bulling. pour in the eggs. tilt the pan to ensure the eggs evenly coat the surface.
4. Add fillings (optional):When the eggs begin to set at the eggs but are still slightly runny in the middle. spinkle your chosen over one halt of the omelette.
5. Folg abd serve: As the omelette continious to cook , carefully lift one edge and fold it over the fillinds. let it cook for another minute, then slide it into a plate.
6.Serve hat, with additional salt and pepper if needed.
